Do you come from a Circus or Show Business background?

Yes, I am the daughter of Olga & Freddy Yelding.The Yelding's were a very large Circus family in England, Most of my father's brothers were bare-back riders, trapeze artists and one brother was known in the USA with his dog act, Victor Julian.

Tell us about yourself and your background!

My husband Rudi & I retired from the Circus fourteen years ago after being in the USA with our Chimpanzee act since 1968.
As a young girl I performed with my Mother & Father in a Cowboy act, (Whips, ropes and rough riding) later worked with my Ex, Norman Barrett presenting a dog act.
I have also worked Ponies, House cats, Sea-lions, worked in an Elephant act, had a Pigeon act on Bertram Mills Circus also a Mixed bird act. Married Rudi Lenz in 1964 and was in the "Monkey business" until retiring.
